ACCOUNT PROTECTION: We do not solicit distributors accounts, if you wish to resale our products.ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Orders are acknowledged ONLY when requested, with scheduled shipping date. Please do not call for confirmation of shipping dates. If shipment is delayed, you will be notified.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: Subject to charges for materials and work completed. Minimum - $50.00.
EMERGENCY SERVICE: GUARANTEED 24 HOURS on standard forms or 48 HOURS on forms with extra services. BY ADVANCE ARRANGEMENT ONLY. PRICE BASED ON COMPLEXITY OF JOB. CALL FOR AVAILABILITY. EXPRESS SHIPPING (FEDEX, UPS NEXT DAY or USPS EXRESS, charges will be added if required).
ORDERING: All new orders must be submitted in writing. Repeat orders may be submitted via FAX machine, or phone. We would prefer you use our interactive order form.
PACKING: Bulk in cartons, cello shrink wrap available.
PAYMENT: PRE-Payment with credit card, or check required prior to production.
PAYMENT: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover
PLANT CLOSINGS: We observe all legal holidays, and are closed for vacation TWO different weeks a year.
PRICING: All prices shown are net. Payment with credit card or check required prior to production. All prices exclusive of any taxes which may be due.
PRODUCTION TIME: Our goal is to print and ship your job(s) back to you within 3 - 5 working days. Depending upon your location, this means a 7 to 10 day turn-a-round. All jobs are shipped on, or as close as possible to, scheduled date. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, shipping dates are not guaranteed, except on special rush service when arranged in advance. We reserve the right to ship a part of the order to meet delivery schedules.
REPEAT ORDERS: We try to save an electronic file of your job. However, to avoid mistakes please upload clean copy or sample with each order so that we can check art on file or in case file is damaged.
SPECS: We reserve the right to reposition copy or change sizes to fit our manufacturing specifications.
